The iON-Drive range of anti-idle systems has been designed for equipment with lower idle times. The iON Drive DC-ixR include integrated lithium battery and charge control system, allowing for 100% diesel offset at idle. The iON-Drive DC-ixR is available in several configurations with varying levels of truck integration.

The Eco-Drive DC-xR is a completely independent roof top mount 24V DC air conditioning system and operates only when the main engine is turned off. The DC-xR has its own inbuilt controls easily accessible by the operator.

The Eco-Drive combined with a DC-xR unit, is an innovative idle-reductionsystem that allows the asset’s main engine to be shut down at idle, whilst providing sufficient power or charge capacity to run the air conditioning and other critical operating systems. The Eco-Drive therefore significantly reduces main engine fuel costs, operating hours, and more importantly – carbon emissions.

The Eco-Drive APU is designed to bolt to the deck, or any other logical position on the asset while the DC-xR unit is to be mounted directly to the roof top of a haul truck cab.
